Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Hanoi Arrival
Airport pickup and hotel check-in. Old Quarter orientation, egg coffee tasting. 

Day 2 – Hanoi Heritage
Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street photo stop (if accessible), Water Puppet Show. Night in Hanoi. 

Day 3 – Ninh Binh Day Trip
Rowboat through Trang An or Tam Coc, visit Hoa Lu, lunch at local garden, Mua Cave viewpoint (optional). Return to Hanoi. 

Day 4 – Hanoi → Sapa Mountain Scenery
Highway to Sapa (5–6 hrs). Check in. Sunset at O Quy Ho Pass (weather permitting). Overnight in Sapa. 

Day 5 – Sapa Villages Trek
Trek Lao Chai – Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai through terraced rice fields; meet Black H’Mong & Red Dao communities. Lunch en route. Return to Sapa. 

Day 6 – Sapa → Ha Long Bay
Drive back and continue to Ha Long. Overnight stay in Ha Long city or onboard depending on timing. 

Day 7 – Ha Long Bay Cruise → Hanoi Departure 
Half/full-day cruise among limestone karsts, cave visit/kayak. Transfer back to Hanoi for departure.
